Classic satin strapless cocktail dress with boned bodice, lace trim. Hem hits right above the knee with black tulle peeking out beneath, fully lined, matching satin scarf, sew-in spaghetti straps included, zip back. Junior plus sizes XS-3X. Brand: PacificPlex Customer Reviews : I bought this dress for my Winter Formal, and I love it. I'm giving it 5 stars, even though the chest was a bit too big. That's my fault for not being busty enough for the rest of me, I suppose. My friend took the bust in for me, and it didn't take much time at all. I got the ice blue, and it really does look just like it does in the photo. By the way, the underskirt isn't completely tulle.
