The concept of security camera systems was born when crime rates started going off the charts and acts of terrorism began to disturb the world. Little crimes, muggings, theft, sexual assaults, homicides, and many more are beginning to become an everyday occurrence that the requirement for video security became of grave importance, if not for convenient identification of the criminals and/or victims should they be seen on tape, to avoid crimes from taking place through the appearance of the surveillance camera. Truly, even the presence of a security cam might stop a person with mischief in mind on his tracks. After the 9/11 World Trade Center attack, the concept of security camera systems was born when crime rates started going off the charts and acts of terrorism began to disturb the world. |

The incidents of this real store happened at a convenience store in Fort worth, Texas. The surveillance footage of the store is showing a young female clerk walking about the store and calmly waiting for customers to enter. She was working this night shift alone, and could have never imagined what was about to happen to her. A hooded man suddenly enters the shop. But he is not your average customer. He immediately approaches the front counter and waits for the cashier. The clerk quickly returns to the checkout counter to address his needs. As soon as she returns the crook is seen trying to take out an item hidden underneath his shirt, he struggles to take it out but suddenly, the hooded robber pulls out a heavy wooden club and demands cash. |

In the Gulf coast of Florida a convenience store has not been robbed in seven consecutive years. Two men decide now is the time to change this fact. There are no other customers, and there is a lone female clerk operating the register. The store had lots of cash from a long busy day of work. The two innocent looking customers decide to start their evil scheme, one enters the store while the other stays outside and observes. But they have a problem, the clerk is on the phone and they do not anyone over hearing this robbery, so as long as she keeps talking they continue to act like they are shopping. One suspect stood by the main entrance to the store as the other one walked around the isles and put some items on the cashiers counter as if he was going to purchase something. But soon the clerk senses something is not right. She asks the man in the store if she can help him find something and he replies that he found what he was looking for. She is not sure if these guys are legit or not, but she knows one thing, she is not hanging up that phone. The man finally decides to go ahead and start the attack even thought she was still talking on the phone. If they wait longer customers might come in and further delay their initiation of their evil plan. |
