The karate pants are good all-purpose pants that your child will get a lot of wear out of. The only drawback is the sizing -- the pants run small and short. They are perfect pants to buy and do fun sewing additions too - ribbon and other fabrics at the bottom of the cuff. I haven't had a lot of problems with the fabric pilling, but if so, a hot iron will take care of that...

I absolutely love these pants and bought 5 pairs in different colors for my son. They are so soft and comfortable and are such a wonderful alternative to jeans and other stiff pants for babies.
